Meet the Authors

Deb Brown

As the Regulatory Affairs/Compliance Coordinator for Danlee Medical since 2007, Deb Brown insures we are in compliance with not only the FDA, but all HR regulations. Deb’s favorite saying is “It’s A Process.” Deb’s previous experience includes 20 years as a Controller for an Industrial Manufacturers Rep. Deb is an Armed Forces Veteran who loves to laugh and make others laugh. We are not sure where she finds the humor in Regulatory work, but we are glad she does.

Annette Scorzelli

Annette has been with Danlee almost since our inception in 1994 and currently holds the position of National Sales and Product Development. Annette’s unique ability to develop relationships and her extensive product knowledge of our industry has earned her this important role here at Danlee. Annette has a great desire to learn and is always looking for a new challenge. Her bubbly personality makes her a joy to be around and is why our customer’s love her.

Tim Walton

Tim has not only been Danlee’s Warehouse Manager since 1998, he is also our author of Tim’s Healthy Tips in our Danlee Newsletter “The Danlee Heartbeat.” Prior to Tim’s wife (our president, Joni Walton) stealing him to work here at Danlee, Tim was a personal fitness trainer and served as a Military Police Officer in the U.S. Army. Tim lives and breaths good health and well being through exercise, eating right and the correct supplements. Tim’s overall philosophy he has developed over the past 35+ years is Moderation and Consistency (MAC). This applies to exercise and eating; too much is not healthy and too little is not beneficial.

Joni Walton

Our President and founder of Danlee Medical was about to lose her office job in 1993 when the company she worked for was sold to an out of state company. Joni saw an opportunity to keep a portion of the business going and expressed an interest in purchasing the medical supply division. For the past 16+ years Joni has kept Danlee Medical on an ever upward growth pattern with sales and profits increasing each year.

Her innovative and proactive management style has made us a multi-million dollar company growing our product line from hundreds of items to over 6,000 items.

Joni balances out her expectations and goals for her employees by keeping the atmosphere at work light and fun while focusing on getting the job done. Joni believes in surrounding herself with people who compliment her style. You can’t run a business on your own and it is important to choose the right person for the job. Joni lives for a challenge. The busier and more chaotic things are makes her thrive. While believing that everything happens for a reason, her favorite saying is “Life is what we make it. If you don’t like it, change it!”
